My role, as a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health, a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor, & a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator is to partner with you as you journey through life's challenges towards self-awareness & self-actualization. My primary areas of interest are depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

I take a holistic approach in my work using as my main treatment modality Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, coupled with Mindfulness-Based strategies, Person-Centered interventions, and Coaching to enhance the therapeutic experience. My therapeutic work experience includes serving clients of all ages in the home, office and hospital settings, with a preference for serving adults and couples.

My philosophy is to create a judgement free environment in which you feel safe to share your life experiences, learn the relationship between your experiences, feelings and behavior, develop new skills and recognize your unique strengths, abilities, and resources.
